Spanish Placement Test Information

If you are planning to start your foreign language requirement in Spanish, you must take the Spanish Placement Test before you register for any class to make sure you are placed correctly. You will be contacted--via Blackboard, My Grades--soon after you take the test with information about the most appropriate class for you based on your test results.

What you need to know about the placement test:

This test does not give university credits, nor does it provide a waiver for the requirement. It simply places you in the best possible course based on what you know. The test lasts from 30 to 60 minutes depending on the student.
