How to Enroll in Graduate School

1. Obtain and complete an Application for Graduate Admission. Completion of this form is required for all students applying for admission to graduate study at TAMU-CC. Return the completed form to:

The completed Application form must be accompanied by a $40.00, non-refundable fee for U.S. citizens and permanent residents. For international applicants, the non-refundable fee is $70.00, which must be paid in U.S. currency.

2. Order official transcripts of all your undergraduate and graduate work sent directly to the Office of Graduate Studies & Research. Usually you must send your transcript requests in writing to the college(s) you attended.

3. Sign up for and take the Graduate Record Examination (GRE) or the Graduate Management Aptitude Test (GMAT) as appropriate. Booklets containing information about test costs and administration are available at the Admissions Office and in the College of Liberal Arts Office. Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) or Graduate Records Exam (GRE) scores must be sent directly from the Education Testing Services to Office of Graduate Studies & Research.

Note: Students holding a graduate degree from a regionally accredited University are exempt from the GRE & GMAT requirements.
