English majors are advised through the College of Liberal Arts
Academic Advisors. New students who have declared an English major
are directed to an Academic Advisor, who meets with them to draw
up a temporary degree plan and who advises them on course selection.
The Advisor completes a permanent degree plan, sends students a
letter telling them that it is ready, and then meets with students
once again to make sure they understand the program of study.
