We have two first class galleries both on and off campus. The Weil Gallery is located on campus in the Center for the Arts building, first floor. The Islander Art Gallery is located in Hamlin Center at the corner of Staples and Weber. Browse the links on the left to learn more about each gallery.

TAMUCC and the Department of Art are pleased to present Oso Bay Biennial XVI for the Spring of 2010. This engaging symposium will feature visual arts exhibitions, artists’ presentations, lectures, and workshops, as well as educational programs including public beach Iron pours and demonstrations.
This year’s Oso Bay Biennial will celebrate the uniqueness of sculpture beginning with an exhibition by internationally known sculptor George Beasley, Professor of Sculpture at Georgia State University. Join us for a special demonstration by Mr. Beasley of a beach Iron pour on March 5, 2010 at “Caution” Beach, located on the bay across the street from the University. Also on view will be recent work by Dallas sculptor Sherry Owens, Houston sculptor Sharon Kopriva, and the Texas Atomic Iron Commission.
